Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

These Terms & Conditions explain the use of kulkarnitech.com and the general terms on which Kulkarni Technologies offers WordPress development, WebCare, technical consulting, eCommerce and automation services. Please read the service description, proposal or order confirmation for the specific work you purchase. If a signed agreement or accepted proposal conflicts with these general terms, the specific agreement controls for that work, subject to applicable law.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Kulkarni Technologies is based at HN1065, Dabhol Road, Jalgaon, Dapoli, Dist. Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India 415712. For questions about these terms or a service, contact [email protected] or use our contact page.

2. Website information and enquiries

The site describes our services and invites enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not itself create a service contract or reserve a plan. We will confirm whether we can take on the work, the scope, timing, price and payment terms through a checkout, order confirmation, proposal or other written agreement. Please provide accurate contact and project information and do not use the site in a way that interferes with its security or operation.

3. Scope of services

We provide only the services and deliverables agreed for a particular order or project. A proposal or order may describe milestones, client inputs, review rounds, support hours, response targets, exclusions and third-party costs. Work outside that scope, including extra features or support hours, requires a separate estimate or approval before it is charged.

WebCare is for WordPress websites. The WebCare page describes the current plans and their tier-specific coverage. We will confirm the selected plan and the site’s eligibility during onboarding. Basic Care does not include proactive maintenance or scheduled backups; Standard and Premium include the checks, monitoring, backups and support hours stated for those plans. An acknowledgement or response target is not a promise that an issue will be resolved within that period. Included hours do not carry forward. Top-Up Hour Packs are prepaid and expire after the validity period displayed for the pack.

Where we offer monthly WebCare billing, the monthly charge is 35% higher than one month of the equivalent annual plan price. Monthly billing, a six-month payment option, and any renewal arrangements will be identified in the checkout or accepted order before payment.

4. Your responsibilities and site access

You must be authorized to request work on the website and to supply the content, files, licences and access needed for it. Please provide timely decisions and accurate information, and tell us about material changes to the site or its hosting. We may need administrator, hosting or third-party access to perform agreed work. We will use access for that work and handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a plan does not include a particular backup service, you remain responsible for arranging the backups you need.

5. Fees, currency and payment

The price, currency, applicable taxes and payment schedule for your order are those shown at checkout or agreed in writing. WebCare plan prices and Top-Up Pack prices are displayed on the WebCare page; a change to a displayed price does not change an existing confirmed order unless you agree to it. We may accept payment through a checkout on this site or a Razorpay payment link or invoice. Razorpay processes payments under its own terms and privacy notice. We will identify any separately chargeable third-party fees or additional work before asking you to approve them.

6. Delivery, changes and third-party services

Timelines depend on the agreed scope, timely access and feedback, and the availability of third-party systems. We will tell you when a material dependency affects delivery and discuss a revised plan. WordPress, themes, plugins, hosting, domains, payment providers and other third-party products remain subject to their own licences, terms and availability. We are responsible for the work we agree to perform, but cannot promise that a third-party service will be continuously available or free of defects.

7. Content, licences and project materials

You retain rights in the content and materials you provide, and you confirm that we may use them to perform the agreed work. Each party retains its pre-existing tools, methods, templates and other intellectual property. Third-party software and media remain subject to their respective licences. The rights to newly created project deliverables, including any transfer or licence after payment, should be set out in the relevant proposal or agreement.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly WebCare payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. For a WebCare plan paid for six months or a year, you may request cancellation and a refund within 28 calendar days of the agreed WebCare start date. The refund is reduced by the greater of the first month’s plan charge or the support hours already used at ₹1,500 per hour, together with applicable taxes and any payment-processing charges. We will explain the calculation for your order, including a payment made in another currency. Please email [email protected] with your website and the reason for the request. For development, consulting and customization projects, Stage 1 is non-refundable as stated in the Refund Policy; the accepted proposal or order should identify what Stage 1 covers.

See our Refund Policy for the published policy. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Service standards and limits

We will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Website maintenance reduces risks but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, the prevention of every security incident, or a particular search ranking, sales result or business outcome. We will address a service concern against the agreed scope and applicable law. Any specific warranty, remedy or liability limit should be stated in the relevant proposal or agreement; mandatory legal rights continue to apply.

10. Privacy and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Each party should use non-public project information only for the agreed work or as otherwise authorized, and take reasonable steps to protect it. If a project needs more detailed confidentiality or data-processing terms, we will agree them separately in writing.

11. Changes to these terms and disputes

We may update these site terms for future use and will show the updated date on this page. A change does not automatically alter a confirmed order or signed agreement. Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Subject to any mandatory rights and any different forum agreed in a signed contract, Indian law governs these terms and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Dapoli, Maharashtra, India.
